Our Leadership
Foothills Bible Church has chosen a leadership model that integrates staff and volunteer servant leaders. Our model includes Elders and Deacons, as well as staff Senior Leadership and Leadership Teams.
- Jesus Christ is the Chief Shepherd of our church and the elders of our church serve as His undershepherds in tending the flock. FBC follows an elder led form of governance and as such the elders are responsible for the spiritual direction of the church.
- The Deacon Board serves many of the physical needs of the church. They are responsible for the stewardship of the church facilities and support the Elders and staff in carrying out their ministry objectives.
- Our Senior Pastor serves on the Elder Board, as well as the Senior Leadership and Leadership Teams. His main focus is pointing people to Christ, preaching the Gospel, pastoring and praying for the congregation.
- The Senior Pastor, Director of Operations and the Shepherding Pastor form the Senior Leadership Team. They provide direction to the ongoing activities of the church, as well as oversight of the Leadership Team and church staff.
- The Leadership Team is made up of our Pastors and other key ministry directors. This team directs and shepherds the individual ministry areas including all employees and volunteers. They work directly with the congregation to provide spiritual leadership and guidance.
