Child Dedications

FBC holds Child Dedications during the year for children of any age of parents who are believers. A home visit is made prior to the dedication ceremony to inform parents of their responsibilities and to answer questions. Receptions for families and friends are held in the Fireside Room immediately following the dedication services. For more information, please contact Tracy Tucker.

Pre-marital Mentoring

The Foothills Bible Chruch premarital mentoring ministry supports premarital or newly wed couples through mentor relationships. We use a program inventory called Prepare and Enrich by Life Innovations  (www.prepare-enrich.com for more information on this program) that aids couples in discovering their strengths and working points in their relationship with each other. The Prepare and Enrich inventory asks questions that cover areas such as communication, conflict resolution, family, expectaions in marriage, finacial management, religious beliefs and other aspects of a marriage relationship that each couple should consider. The only cost associated with this program covers the cost of the scoring which is $29.95 for an online inventory for each couple.

After taking the Premarital inventory, our mentor couples meet with a premarital couple 4-6 times before the wedding date to talk about their inventory results. We like this approach because it gives a couple a more balanced point of view when talking about marriage topics.

Weddings

Your upcoming plans for marriage represent the most important life-decision you could make, next to accepting Christ as your Savior.  We believe weddings are a spritual celebration where the Bride and Groom publicly seek God's blessing for their union. Funerals & Memorials

Foothills Bible Church provides support for FBC families of the deceased and assists with details of a memorial service.  Please contact Wendy Holden.
